Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product, choosing the wrong size, color or variant, or no longer wanting the product.

Because we work with suppliers, manufacturers, dropshipping partners and fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept standard returns once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

We only offer refunds, replacements or other solutions if the item you received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • a clear description of the issue
  • photos or videos showing the damaged, defective or incorrect item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable

We may require photo or video proof before approving a refund, replacement or other solution.

Inspection and Approval

After we receive your request, we will review the information provided.

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • a replacement item
  • a refund to your original payment method
  • store credit
  • another reasonable solution depending on the situation

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the request is incomplete, submitted too late, lacks sufficient evidence, or if the item appears to have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or misused.

No Returns Without Approval

Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

If a return is required for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will provide instructions by email.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • items purchased by mistake
  • items where the customer changed their mind
  • items ordered in the wrong size, color or variant
  • items no longer wanted by the customer
  • used or worn items
  • items damaged after delivery
  • items without sufficient proof of damage, defect or error
  • sale items, discounted items or promotional items, unless required by law

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at norveex.contact@gmail.com, and we will try to help where possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank, credit card company or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, we will provide a refund, replacement or other remedy for products that are defective, damaged, not as described, or otherwise required to be refunded under applicable law.
