This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

Order Processing Time

After you place an order, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, high-demand periods, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

Norveex currently ships to customers in the United States.

We do not currently guarantee shipping to countries outside the United States. If an order is placed from outside the United States, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States is usually:

7–20 business days after order processing

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to shipping carrier delays, customs processing, supplier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dropshipping and Fulfillment

Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, manufacturers, dropshipping partners or fulfillment partners.

This means that products may be shipped from different warehouses or locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change shipping prices at any time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Norveex is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned or undeliverable because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address after the order has been placed or processed.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs or import processing
  • supplier or fulfillment delays
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • failed delivery attempts
  • high order volume
  • events outside our reasonable control

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we may contact you with updated information. Where required by applicable law, we will provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order and receive a refund for unshipped items.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • your mailbox
  • your front door or porch
  • your building reception
  • your neighbors
  • your local shipping carrier

If the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

You may also contact us at norveex.contact@gmail.com, and we will try to assist where possible.

Norveex is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Since Norveex currently sells to customers in the United States, customs duties or import taxes may usually not apply depending on the product and shipping method.

However, if any customs fees, duties, import taxes or similar charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Norveex is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • a clear description of the issue
  • photos or videos showing the damaged, defective or incorrect item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
